We accept payment for online orders by bank transfer or credit card. Please
select payment method during the ordering process.
MasterCard or Visa are the only credit cards accepted. Bank account details
for bank transfer will be sent to you in confirmation e-mail once your online
order has been received. Payments must be received within 7 days.
Credit Card Liability
In the event that you receive unsolicited charges on your invoice, most credit
card suppliers advise, in their credit card terms and conditions, the amount of
fraudulent charges for which the cardholder will be liable. This may mean that
if you are able to prove that the purchase made over the internet was not
made by you, you will not be liable for the total amount of these fraudulent
charges, however you will need to confirm that your card supplier offers
this, the details of the limit and when it applies, before purchasing on line
Cancellation and Amendments
If you wish to cancel or amend an order please contact us on email next
working day after placing your order. If you are adding items to your order,
payment details will be required as we do not have access to customer credit
card details. Please note we cannot combine orders paid for online. Bank
Transfer orders will be automatically cancelled after 7 days if payment is not
If you wish to exchange an item please complete the returns form on the
reverse of your dispatch docket/invoice sent with your goods within 28 days. A
$10.00 admin fee for processing and dispatching the exchange item is
required within NZ. We recommend sending goods via courier and obtaining a
tracking number as we do not accept liability for goods that we do not receive.
Exchanges are not available for International customers. The delivery fee is
included within the item price where the delivery address is within New
Zealand. International orders may incur additional fees to cover delivery costs.
In this case the purchaser will be contacted before the items are dispatched.
Please complete the returns form in full including payment details for admin
fee or refund, as we do not have access to customer’s credit card details.
Please expect your order to arrive within 15 working days if the stock is
available. If your order is not received or there is an error with your order,
please contact us immediately as non-delivery must be notified within 21 days
maximum. Please note that we do not operate a next day delivery service nor
do we priorities orders. All orders are treated with equal urgency.
We try to have stock on hand to meet your requirements. If an item is not
available it will be noted as a backorder on your invoice. Please note that
payment is taken in full by secure merchant banking at the time of placing
your order including any backorder items as the website does not have
access to the current inventory status.
If any item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturer fault, we guarantee to
replace the item or refund your money, provided the item is returned within 28
days of dispatch. Please complete the returns form on the reverse of your
invoice and return with your goods.
All prices are in NZ$ and inclusive of GST. We try to maintain the listed price
but reserve the right to make price alterations when necessary.
